Dr. Oliver v. Schweinitz is partner at accounting/law-firm GGV
(Grützmacher Gravert Viegener mbB) and runs its financial services
department. He is focussed on banks and asset-management companies
and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in
Germany and a German tax advisor. Prior to GGV he worked for
Freshfields, Weil Gotshal and PwC.

Woodward Clark Price is the U.S. Minister Counselor of Economic Affairs,
based in Germany. Before starting this role in August, he was the Deputy Chief
of Mission in Yerevan, Armenia. Clark also served in the Russia Directorate at
the National Security Council. Other previous Foreign Service posts include; Athens, Tel Aviv, Nicosia and New Delhi.

 

Andreas Povel is an International Business Consultant, acting in Senior
Advisory positions and as member of Supervisory / Advisory Boards.
Before assuming responsibilities as General Manager of the American
Chamber of Commerce in Germany (AmCham Germany) in 2013, he 
spent more than 33 years in international banking (J.P. Morgan, Morgan
Stanley).

 

Markus Meinzer is a senior analyst and director of the Tax Justice
Network (TJN) and was the lead researcher on the FSI. He authored
the book “Tax Haven Germany” (“Steueroase Deutschland”), publis-
hed in 2015 at C.H. Beck, and was a member of the European Com-
mission Expert Group on automatic exchange of financial account
