The Friedrich Naumann Stiftung für die Freiheit and the American-German Business Club Frankfurt e.V. cordially invite you to what will be an informative and exciting event (in English).
The US 2018 midterm elections are less than a month away. Millions of Americans will go to the polls and the results will be significant, beyond US borders. All 435 members of the United States House of Representatives are up for election and about one-third of the Senate.
The outcome will undoubtedly be a referendum on President Trump and his politics. The Democrats hope for a blue landslide and the Republicans to maintain their majority in both the Senate and House of Representatives.
The election results and repercussions for both parties are enormous! Will President Trump be confirmed in his course and political style? Or will he spend the next two years as a lame duck?
