Tuesday, October 2, 2018 – 1900 hrs.

The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit, and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management are extending an invitation to AGBC members & friends to a panel discussion (in English)

The title of the panel is:

“The Future of Work – The Digital Revolution and Its Consequences“

Facing the digital revolution
Are you ready for the future of work? The digital revolution is affecting all aspects of our lives and transforming economic, social, and political structures. How we face these new challenges and transformations will have profound implications for employees, companies, and our way of life. How will employment patterns, professional qualifications and requirements, and our education system change? Which occupational fields will be affected and how? What consequences would a massive abolition of jobs without substitution have on the living conditions of individuals, families, and our social system? What political implications will the rethinking and redesigning of traditional structures have and how can we prevent a possible destabilization of our political, economic, and social system?

Join us to discuss these and other important questions and issues as we explore how the opportunities and challenges of the digital revolution affect the future of work.
